Architectural design is one of the company's many activities. Our ideas have a uniquely creative style, based on the conceptualisation of our signatory response to the task. By following this principle, we create a source of pride for our esteemed customers.

Interior design

Our customer's home and surroundings are significant in giving them a positive attitude to life. Therefore, we use carefully selected items and elements in the interior; including textiles, artistic works and perfection of forms, to recreate an atmosphere of cosiness, comfort and perfection. We include all these elements in our interior design and reflect it in every new project: helping every customer realise their dream.

In working with us, every customer will get an individual, flexible and proactive approach to the job. All of which will be supervised by our Ideas Initiator and Managing Director, Igor Sitkilov.

Materials

Since 2007, we have been helping in choosing the best market offers. We audit and analyse the quality of furniture, carpentry and other industries in Russia, Italy, France, Germany, the United States and many other countries.

We conduct direct negotiations with factories on deliveries and conditions. Giving us the possibility of executing signature and individual bespoke orders, search and supply of antique interior items from any corner of the world, as well as allowing us to organise direct payment settlements between the customer and the manufacturer when necessary.

Property management

The trend of the last five years shows that the customer is not inclined to participate much in the project implementation process. Therefore, we have created models of integrated construction management. These include "Technical customer" and "EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management)".

Our team provides transparent budgeting and deadlines, IPD (Initial Permissive Documentation) preparation, approval and expertise, supervision of construction, and commissioning of the facility under the relevant codes and regulations.

Textile

We follow the principle of a comprehensive approach in working with the customer. Hence, we have established good connections with tailoring companies and suppliers of the best modern fabrics, such as silk, cotton and viscose; sourced from Turkey, Greece, France, Italy and England. In 2010, one of the best designers in Moscow started spearheading our textile department, and our customers have been very satisfied with the results and solutions offered by our team for many years since.
